Tatiana is the founder of Live Wine Country. After 16 years in real estate sales, Tatiana McWilliams is well-known in Healdsburg. She has consistently ranked among the top agents in Healdsburg during her years at Compass and Sotheby’s. Recently, her team was listed among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States by RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand, as featured in The Wall Street Journal.
She has extensive experience in buying and selling land, residential and vineyard properties in the wine country. More specifically, her extensive experience in developing properties from the ground up has uniquely positioned her in this industry. Her knowledge of real estate development and interior design is an added bonus to all her clients looking to remodel, develop or improve their new properties before selling. Her vision and forward-thinking set her aside from the rest.

Tatiana’s Professional Background:
Tatiana has been in real estate since 2004 when she lived in Bogota, Colombia. While she was managing her family business, Clinica de la Mujer S.A (a high end general hospital) she quickly realized she had a passion for sales. While managing the hospital she also worked alongside a great team of architects to develop 3 new buildings around the hospital that would be solely for doctors offices. After she successfully sold over 150 units in these buildings she was forever hooked with the real estate world.
During this time she successfully attained the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification for Clinica de la Mujer S.A which gave her the confidence to delegate her high management role at the hospital and focus exclusively in real estate development. The ISO 9001:2000 certification was one of her major accomplishments as a young professional woman and business owner.
Tatiana's personal life caused a sudden move out of Bogota to California. She married Ben McWilliams (co-owner of Arista Winery) in 2008 and moved to Healdsburg, CA where she became deeply immersed in the wine industry and local community. She helped manage the winery and create the new Private Events department at the winery, making it one of the most sought after private event venues in the Russian River Valley.
In 2011 she decided to reengage in her true passion: Real Estate. She joined Healdsburg Sotheby's Realty and has successfully sold and marketed many residential, vineyard and winery properties. She continuously assists buyers from all over the country to find their perfect wine country property. Her close ties with the local community and wine industry make her an ideal Realtor for the Sonoma county area.

In 2019 Tatiana was recruited by Compass and grew in her real estate career even more. During the pandemic she realized it was time to start her own real estate company: Live Wine Country, a company that would truly evoke the Wine Country Lifestyle through her unique marketing skills. So in 2022, she partnered with Side, a top real estate technology company, to ensure her firm will remain on the cutting edge of the evolving real estate market while continuing to deliver premium services to her clients.
